Physical Therapy Evaluation
60 minutes — During an evaluation, you will be interviewed so Jillian can gain understanding of your problem, and then she will complete a full exam. With the remaining time, you will be treated with whatever manual therapy and/or corrective exercise techniques are appropriate and you will be educated on activity modification at home
Follow-up Treatments
60/30 minutes — Follow up with Jillian after your evaluation to review and progress your current program, as well as any manual therapy and/or dry needling per your treatment plan developed at your evaluation. Length of time will be recommended by Jillian at your evaluation but ultimately decided by the client.
Dry Needling Only
30 minutes — Dry needling for one body part. Does not include formal evaluation or corrective exercise.
Why don’t you take insurance?
Jillian is an out of network provider, meaning she does not directly accept insurance. However, you can call your insurance company and ask them “what are my out of network physical therapy benefits?” It’s usually a quick call to the number on the back of your card. Many times they may reimburse you for all or some of your PT services, especially if you have a PPO (instead of an HMO). Jillian will give you the appropriate paperwork to get you reimbursed.
